  2. DevOps Tech Lead at Pagaya

    Joined as Founding DevOps Engineer (Feb 2021 – Feb 2022).

    • First DevOps engineer at a global fintech building institutional asset management for fixed income and alternative credit.
    • Ran the infrastructure behind Pagaya's AI credit network across personal loans, auto loans, point-of-sale and credit-card lending, and single-family-rental real estate, processing over $12 billion in loan volume across 2021–2022.
    • Scaled the platform through the company's Nasdaq listing (PGY, June 2022).
    • Built the infrastructure for new verticals, including the single-family-rental real estate funds.
    • Built the data platform for a 150+ person research and data science organization: Apache Spark and ML/AI tooling.
    • Built and owned the cloud foundations, CI/CD and Kubernetes platform from the first hire onward, with Terraform-managed infrastructure at fintech scale.
    • Grew into tech lead: team leadership, mentoring, and setting the technical direction for the DevOps group.
